Dental education is provided in local schools. Area dentists volunteer their professional services for eligible children needing treatment.

The Dental Care committee has created an award-winning video, The Power of Healthy Teeth, to accompany a hands-on dental education presentation for over 800 sixth graders. Students are given a dental-hygiene kit including toothbrush, dental floss, and disclosing tablets. Parents whose children need dental care may apply for treatment through their children's schools. Our members coordinate appointments with dentists who volunteer their professional services.
